• Q. Can you donate your services?
  • A. We happily donate our services to 3 or 4 501c organizations per year. These are selected by us in the first week of January for the entire year. If you would like to be considered for one of next years spots please let us know and we will add your information to the list of groups we choose from.
  • Q. We missed the window to get our event donated, can you just squeeze in one more?
  • A. As much as we would like to answer yes to this question we have to limit our charitable giving to what works for us. We do however always offer a discount on all of our services to any 501c. Ask us about the different ways you can come up with funding to have great entertainment at your event.
  • Q. Can you work with latex free balloons at our event? 
  • A. ALL twisting balloons are latex balloons. The only balloons we use that are non-latex are the foil balloons used for balloon decor. Balloon animals are always latex.
  • Q. Somebody told me that balloons are bad for the environment. Is this true?
  • A. Latex balloons are made from the sap of the rubber tree. They are biodegradable. They do break down slowly, similar to oak leaves, but they do break down. We do strongly encourage proper disposal in an effort to keep balloons, and all trash, out of our waterways. 
  • Q. What about your glitters?
  • A. Good question! All of our glitters are also biodegradable. Our glitters are cosmetic grade glitter that is safe for use on the skin. We do not use craft glitters.
  • Q. Is the paint safe, does it wash off?
  • A. The short answers are yes and yes. We use cosmetic quality FDA compliant bacteriostatic face paints. They are made for use on human skin. If you have known allergies please ask us for an ingredients list before being painted. If you are still feeling unsure feel free to ask for a balloon instead!  All the paints wash off with soap and water. We recommend foaming face wash worked into a good lather and then rinse.
  • Q. Do you guys come to small events too?
  • A. Yes, we do! We love all events large and small. Birthdays, restaurant family nights, grand openings, weddings, holiday parties, whatever you are planning we have a great idea that can help take it to the next level. Contact us and let us know what we can do to help you.
  • Q. Are your prices negotiable?
  • A. No, they are not. Just like the prices at the grocery store, the mechanic, the Dr's office, and anywhere else we go our prices are right where they need to be.  We provide top quality professional entertainment at competitive rates. We occasionally even barter our services, however, we do barter at full value and encourage everyone to do the same with their work.
  • Q. I think I am going to have to postpone my booked event, am I going to lose my booking fee? Does the booking fee cost extra? What if I cancel altogether?
  • A. We are always willing to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us within 3 months of your original booking date. The booking fee comes out of your service total. It is not extra and will be subtracted from your balance for the event. Any event canceled less than a month out does forfeit their booking fee.
